Brains.biz researches book ideas, writes and illustrates books, and builds files for Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). We do not publish anything for you. You review each book and publish it yourself.
You sign in with Google. Keep one account per person. We may close accounts made to get extra free books, and accounts that break these terms.
You own the books you make with Brains.biz, and every royalty they earn. We claim no rights in them. We show a book on our examples page only if you allow it. You give us the licence we need to store, process and deliver your books to you.
The books are made with artificial intelligence. Read every book before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, for following the KDP rules, including the disclosure of AI content, and for not infringing the rights of others. Do not use Brains.biz to make illegal content, content that sexualises minors, or content that copies the work of another author.
The free plan includes one book each month. Free books carry a watermark and must not be published. You can unlock a free book with a book pack or a paid plan.
Stripe processes payments on the website. Plans renew each billing period until you cancel. When you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A book pack does not expire. Unused monthly books do not carry over. If a book fails or comes out broken, contact support and we fix or rebuild it. Other refunds are at our discretion, and where the law requires them.
The Android and iOS apps show the same service. Purchases, where an app offers them, go through Google Play or the App Store and follow their terms. You can delete your account in the app's account menu or at brains.biz/account/delete.
We provide Brains.biz as it is. We do not promise that a book will sell, rank, or be accepted by KDP. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
